Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will be joining a leading, energy efficiency company that has 2 decades of industry experience. This is a 1099 commission based sales position, that does not offer a base salary, but it does provide an extensive commission program that includes upfront commission and bonus opportunities.
Duties
- Visit schools/municipal buildings and perform sales pitches/audits
- Build strong client relationships
- Conduct consultations to cater to client needs
- As a 1099 professional, manage your own schedule
- Local travel (driving) is a requirement
- Expected hours: No less than 10 hours per week
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with door-to-door sales experience being an added plus
- Familiarity with PG&E's On-Bill Financing program is a plus
- Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and account management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Commissions range from $10,000-$400,000 per project.
