HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
- Install high-efficiency heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Work as part of a two-person crew with a lead installer
- Follow safety guidelines, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure professional, high-quality workmanship on all projects
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience past HVAC school
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔ Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
Pay Range: $25 - $45/hr (Depending on experience)
HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Perform routine maintenance and recommend system improvements to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and solutions
- Complete service reports and document work performed
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✔ EPA Universal Certification required
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
Pay Range: $25 - $45/hr Commission (Depending on experience)
