- Prepare and maintain accurate and organized case files, including electronic and paper records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and government agencies to ensure timely and successful case outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on job knowledge by contributing to and engaging in law firm internal learning opportunities and outside educational opportunities.
