Processing/Packaging Specialist

Green Family Farm is a leading provider of high-quality CBD and Hemp products. We are seeking a Packaging and Shipping Associate to join our team in our Browns Summit, NC facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for packaging and shipping our CBD and Hemp products in accordance with company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Package and label cannabis products accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory checks
- Ensure that all packaging and labeling is done properly without flaws
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with shipping and receiving including loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and preparing shipping documents
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Thorough understanding of CBD and Hemp products
- Prior experience in CBD and Hemp- processing (trimming) preferred
- Experience in packaging and warehousing preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
