Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in hydro excavation services.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in industries such as construction, utilities, oil & gas, and municipal services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Develop pricing strategies based on market demand and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, finance, project management, and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide training and support to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and sales activities in CRM systems.
