Responsibilities

- Support management with administrative tasks, including preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Serve as a personal assistant to management when needed..
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to facilitate efficient office management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
