The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, branding, advertising, digital and social media. The marketing coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns by managing various tasks, conducting market research, assisting with event planning and implementation, tracking campaign performance, social media support, and customer service support. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the Marketing Director with marketing strategies and projects in the department.
- Follow brand guidelines and templates set by the Marketing Director.
- Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activity, monitor.
- Coordinate and manage marketing events assigned - such as trade shows, promotional events, photo shoots, etc. Identify opportunities to improve future events.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales and market data.
- Maintain the inventory and directory of marketing and promotional materials.
- Assist with updating marketing and promotional materials as assigned.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners in supporting marketing initiatives.
- Manage, coordinate and order collateral with outside vendors as needed.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer-related systems.
- Monitor customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare, monitor and report on the performance of the marketing campaigns and activities as assigned.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as planning and scheduling meetings, hosting virtual meetings, etc.
- Additional duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree (or equivalent) in marketing or sales.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy with all marketing materials.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to compile data and create reports.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be open to change and quickly adapt to varying needs and situations, maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Strong aptitude for learning new software, technical skills and applying new ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

FT Hourly Position - Hourly Range: $21.00 - $24.00
