Green Frog Delivery is looking for delivery drivers to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, respectful and professional. Are you ready to join the green frogger family? Must have reliable transportation, vehicle newer than 8 yrs. Will reimburse for mileage.
Duties and Function:
-Provide exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills towards patients and team members
-Serve customers with understanding of products and provide recommendations when necessary
-Deliver products within timely manner with discretion and professionalism
-Obtain accurate payments for orders
-Follow policies, procedures, industry regulations and safety precautions when on-the-job interactions, tasks and outstanding behaviors
Qualifications:
-Valid California Driver's License
-Clean DMV driving record (show proof and DMV online print out)
-Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check
-High School diploma or GED
Experience:
-Prior customer service experience (2 yrs)
-Prior delivery experience (1 yr preferred)
-Ability to navigate smartphone and frequent communication with dispatch and customer when needed
-Familiar with Onfleet or similar software
