Qualifications
✅ Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
✅ Experience in an early childhood classroom (leadership experience preferred).
✅ Understanding of play-based learning and a willingness to embrace outdoor, nature-based education.
✅ Knowledge of HighScope Curriculum and/or Conscious Discipline is a plus!
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills.
