Job Title: Commercial Cleaner
Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in commercial and residential spaces, ensuring that hygiene and sanitation standards are met. The Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Hours are flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces including offices, warehouses, and other facilities.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
