Field Sales Representative
Green Gold Group, Inc. is a rapidly growing producer of premium cannabis. We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. As a Field Sales Representative, you are the face of the company and will contact potential customers to introduce them to Green Gold Group’s products, present sales opportunities and options and close sales through phone and face-to-face meetings. You will be in regular contact with existing customers to support and solidify the existing relationships, introduce them to new products and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
- Seeking potential new customers, identifying key personnel, and establishing contact
- Closing the sale and facilitating onboarding of new customers
- Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
- Providing Green Gold Standard customer service and support to solidify and continue to build relationships with customers
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling products to new and existing customers
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts and sales
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Director to expand brand presence through the creation of marketing materials
- Monitoring competitor’s products and pricing and industry conditions and trends
- Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors to establish a targeted and effective strategy to utilize and distribute resources to existing and prospective customers
- Providing education to new customers and their budtenders on products
- Helping existing customers identify potential opportunities for improvement in training of dispensary personnel on Green Gold products and supporting that effort through in-person education and/or educational materials
- Developing and implementing incentive programs for budtenders of existing customers
- Identifying under-performing customers and increasing sales through additional contact, support, and budtender incentive programs
- All other duties as required or assigned by Sales and Marketing Director
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry including its nuances and trends
- Excellent communications skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
