Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and lawn care. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for various landscapes and gardens.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain irrigation systems, including pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads.
• Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to dig trenches for irrigation lines and install components effectively.
• Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to ensure proper watering schedules are followed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to irrigation equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Educate clients on proper irrigation practices and landscape care techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and system modifications.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to irrigation installation and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care and gardening practices.
• Ability to dig trenches and install irrigation lines safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of various irrigation methods and systems for effective water management.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
