What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Manager position at Green Growth Beverage?
Distributor Management
1. Responsible for managing all aspects of KS and MO territory for Green Growth Beverage.
2. Responsible for conducting kickoff meetings at all distributors in your territory to coincide with new product launches, line extensions, and incentive programs.
3. Responsible for training all levels of the distributor (sales representatives and management) on the Green Growth Beverage portfolio, positioning, and marketing plans, goals and objectives.
Sales Management
4. Responsible for ensuring that the distributor is accomplishing their monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, distribution, on-premise placement, and display objectives.
Distributor Market Work Withs
5. Responsible for working with a distributor sales representative or calling on key accounts by yourself every day of the week (5 days per week – Monday through Friday). The KS and MO Territory Sales Manager should visit a minimum of 8 accounts per day. Work week is defined as Monday through Friday.
6. Schedule is flexible, but 80% of time should be spent in the off premise.
7. Responsible for sending recaps after working in the market to distributor key contacts on daily accomplishments and follow up notes (recaps should be send within 24 hours). Daily wins will be posted in Teams.
Sampling Events / Special Events
8. Conducting 2 sampling events every week. Each event must be minimum of 2 hours and be during peak retail account operating hours either THU, FRI or SAT. Other days will qualify based on alignment with line manager.
9. Work special events and Holiday Shows, showcasing the Green Growth Beverage portfolio
10. Sampling event recaps will be posted via Teams
Planning/Communication/Regular Administrative Work
11. Ensure that you are communicating with you direct manager on a daily basis (to discuss issues/opportunities) and recapping time in the market.
12. Weekly preplans are due every Friday by EOD.
13. Sending all required weekly and monthly reporting to management by the established deadlines.
14. Any additional duties and responsibilities requested by management of Green Growth Beverage.

Pay: $70,412.00 - $77,058.00 per year
