A deli worker , is responsible for preparing and serving deli food items like sandwiches, salads, and sliced meats and cheeses to customers, ensuring the deli counter is well-stocked and organized and providing excellent customer service by assisting with selections and answering questions about products; their primary duties include slicing meats and cheeses, assembling sandwiches, weighing items, maintaining cleanliness, and rotating stock to guarantee freshness.

Key responsibilities of a deli worker:

Food preparation:

• Slicing deli meats and cheeses to customer specifications
• Assembling sandwiches according to customer orders
• Preparing salads and other deli sides
• Weighing and packaging deli items accurately

Customer service:
