Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is responsible to provide maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the community's buildings and equipment.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…
- Perform basic repairs involving carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Attend safety trainings and drills.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Can follow written and oral instructions.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
