Green Hills is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Receptionist , to join our growing team! This role is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming telephone calls, giving information, directions, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
Temporary/Part-Time Schedule: The position will start mid-April and work through mid-August.
- Wednesdays & Thursdays: 4:30pm-6:30pm
- Every other Friday: 4:30pm-6:30pm
- Every other Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am-2:00pm
Salary Range: $16.00/hour
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…
- Manage a busy telephone switchboard
- Become knowledgeable about Green Hills to answer questions from residents and visitors
- Use Microsoft Office to perform various clerical tasks
- Make photocopies, sell postage, send faxes, and perform other office tasks
- Schedule resident transportation and room requests

- Have experience working in an office setting.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Can communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
