Green Home Solutions of The Twin Cities is seeking a motivated Receptionist / Office Assistant. This position will mainly consist of answering inbound calls to set appointments for Clients requesting our services, working with existing Clients, assisting with administrative duties and working with the Owner. This position will involve learning about Indoor Environmental issues and how they affect buildings. We provide training and certification for you to excel in your position in order to navigate Client needs and properly set appointments. Having an outgoing personality and the ability to be a clear communicator over the phone is important.
