Responsibilities:
- Develop a training program to ensure technicians follow company procedures.
- Provide Quality Control on all jobs.
- Offer customer service and support visits, linking workflow to schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Manage testing, remediation, and services to ensure proper processes.
- Collaborate with the team, sharing information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
- Satisfy customer needs by making recommendations using accurate procedures and protocols.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating problems, identifying resolutions, suggesting enhanced add-on services, and recommending improvements.
- Service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedules, reviewing concerns, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
- Technical degree or certification, or willingness to become certified in GHS offered courses - Required
- IICRC Certified - Desired
- Awareness of health and safety issues - Required
- Ability to adapt to work schedules and flexible shifts - Required
- Excellent customer service, communication, and self-management skills - Required
