Responsibilities:

• Develop a training program to ensure technicians follow company procedures.
• Provide Quality Control on all jobs.
• Offer customer service and support visits, linking workflow to schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Manage testing, remediation, and services to ensure proper processes.
• Collaborate with the team, sharing information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Satisfy customer needs by making recommendations using accurate procedures and protocols.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating problems, identifying resolutions, suggesting enhanced add-on services, and recommending improvements.
• Service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedules, reviewing concerns, conducting tests, and resolving problems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical degree or certification, or willingness to become certified in GHS offered courses - Required
• IICRC Certified - Desired
• Awareness of health and safety issues - Required
• Ability to adapt to work schedules and flexible shifts - Required
• Excellent customer service, communication, and self-management skills - Required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds - Required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check - Required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record - Required
