Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for technicians.
- Provide quality control on all jobs to ensure adherence to company procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
- Satisfy customer needs by making recommendations and briefings using accurate procedures and protocols.
Requirements
- Technical degree or certification, or willingness to become certified in GHS offered courses.
- IICRC Certified preferred.
- Awareness of health and safety issues.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and self-management skills.
