To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in executing strategic business initiatives, managing key operational functions, and aligning cross-functional teams toward company objectives.

Job Summary

As Chief of Staff, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, driving critical initiatives, optimizing business operations, and ensuring seamless communication across leadership teams. This high-impact role requires strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations on key business initiatives.
  • Drive high-priority strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance communication, innovation, and efficiency across departments.
  • Assist in shaping the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction.

Operational & Business Management

  • Oversee and optimize company-wide operational processes, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day business functions.
  • Provide research, analysis, and insights on new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and industry trends.
  • Solve complex business challenges that do not have clear ownership within existing functional teams.
  • Support leadership in developing scalable and sustainable business procedures to drive growth and efficiency.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive updates for the CEO, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead key corporate meetings, including Executive Leadership meetings, company town halls, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Track and analyze key business metrics, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a bridge between the CEO and department heads, ensuring alignment on company priorities.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop, track, and optimize key performance metrics across business units.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership teams, identifying and resolving roadblocks to execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 8 years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or senior project management roles.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth company, agency, or startup environment is highly valued.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Project Management: Expertise in managing multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks, and delivering on tight deadlines.
  • Communication & Influence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and align stakeholders.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to work confidently with C-suite executives, Board members, and senior leadership.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to assess performance and inform strategy.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative thinking skills to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across teams, departments, and geographies to align business priorities.
