We are hiring across multiple locations in United States.
About the Role
Join us as a Plant Manager and take the helm of operations, spearheading production, efficiency, maintenance, safety, and quality. Lead a dedicated team towards productivity, process optimization, and employee well-being.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the facility meets its production goals while adhering to regulatory standards and promoting a positive work environment.
About You :
As an ideal candidate you would :
Preferably hold a degree / equivalent qualification in Operations / Production or Industrial Maintenance
- Proven experience in manufacturing plant management (5 years), wood industry experience is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of wood processing, pelletizing equipment, or related technology is beneficial
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a talent for building and motivating high-performance teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, production schedules, and operational processes
- Detailed understanding of safety and environmental regulations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
MS Office and Technology savvy
Willingness to work in rigorous outdoor conditions
