Your Role on Our Team:
- Coach, mentor, and inspire 5-8 lawn maintenance crews to deliver top-notch results.
- Oversee daily schedules, optimize crew efficiency, and minimize non-productive time.
- Contribute to sales goals with $25k-$50k in enhancements sales from your properties and 90% renewal targets.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure every blade of grass reflects our standards.
- Involvement with Snow Operations in the Winter months. (Managing crews and or managing subcontractors, running plow or salt truck.)
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of plants, pests, lawn diseases, and seasonal maintenance needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
