Interviews are starting now, but the role will officially begin closer to late February or early March. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to participate in paid pre-season training and assist with on-call snow removal until the peak landscaping season starts.

What You’ll Do:
- Load and secure equipment on trucks & trailers each morning.
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain properties.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment.
- Keep job sites clean by removing debris, weeds, and trash.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
- A positive, hardworking attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Stamina to walk up to 10 miles a day and operate landscaping equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
