About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher who has a passion for both Montessori and International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP) teaching methodologies. In this role, you will teach and inspire children aged 2-5, incorporating both Montessori principles and IB PYP practices. The classroom environment will be structured around Montessori values, while simultaneously integrating IB PYP philosophy into daily teaching and learning experiences.

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work now and in the future in the United States
- Montessori teaching experience preferred
- International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP) experience preferred
- Valid teaching certification (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or related field
- Fluency in English (able to successfully attend workshops, read professional information and work collaboratively in English.)
- Proficient user of Mac computers, iPad, and iPhone and fluency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Mac applications (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong organizational and management skills
Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
