What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin/Accountiing/Human Resources Assistant position at Green Knight® Metal Roofing?
We are hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Admin/HR/Accounting Assistant for a Roofing Company in Austin, TX. You will be assisting with maintaining various programs, including recruiting, employee relations, assisting with the payroll process and Quick Books data entry and general administrative duties. Must perform all functions with the highest level of consistency, compassion, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
o Reliability (Must be able to arrive at work every day)
o Punctuality (Arrive on time and ready to work)
o Strong Work Ethic
o Solid Clerical and Office Administration Experience
o Ready to work every day
o Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
o Experience with Microsoft Office Systems required.
o Experience as an HR Admin is beneficial
o Experience with Quickbooks Online or similar accounting program is required
o Authorized to work in the United States
o Pass criminal background check
o Pass drug screening
o Regular Shift: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
o Pay: Starting $20 - $25 P/HR
o Job Type: Full-time
