Servers/Bartendes

Job Summary

Our busy season is here! We have an immediate need for servers and bartenders Bartenders MUST have experience Weprefer servers to have experience as well. Please either come in and fill out an application or reach out directly to me @ richraymondnj@gmail.com to schedule a time to meet

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations
• Upsell drinks and food items to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food service practices is beneficial
