Duties
- Perform landscaping tasks including planting, digging, and maintaining gardens.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscape projects.
- Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed.
- Support hardscape projects by installing patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate power tools and machinery safely; mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to garden maintenance and landscape design.
