Job Title: Crewman - Landscape Crew
Responsibilities:
1. Landscape Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas by mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting.
2. Installation: Help with the installation of plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features.
3. Equipment Operation: Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and hand tools safely and effectively.
4. Site Preparation: Prepare sites for planting by clearing debris, leveling ground, and adding soil amendments as necessary.
5. Irrigation Maintenance: Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
6. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant care.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
