Beverage Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet all bar guests, learn their names, and personally recognize regulars.
2. Presentation of drink menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding beverages.
3. Taking beverage orders from guests and servers, accurately recording them into the POS system.
4. Preparing garnishes for drinks, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Green Lantern's standard recipes.
5. Receiving and serving food orders to guests seated at the bar.
6. Accepting guest payment, processing credit card charges, and maintaining bottles and glasses.
7. Clearing and resetting tables in the bar area, washing and sterilizing glassware, and maintaining cleanliness.
