About Us: We are a unique blend of a cozy café and a convenient laundromat located in the heart of Greer. We are dedicated to provide excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Café Attendant/Laundromat Attendants.

Job Description: As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring pleasant experience for our customers in both the café and laundromat areas. Your role will include:

· Operating Machines: Running washing and drying machines, adding the correct amount of detergent and other cleaning products as necessary and operating machines as per requirements.

· Customer Assistance: Helping customers with the operation of washing machines and dryers, providing instructions as needed.

· Sorting and Folding of Laundry: Separating laundry items according to color and fabric type for washing and folding them appropriately.

· Stain Treatment: Inspecting all laundry items for stains and treating them prior to washing.

· Payment Collection: Collecting payment from customers, either in the form of cash, card, or through a laundry card system.

· Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the laundromat clean and tidy, which includes cleaning machines, folding tables, and other surfaces regularly.

· Routine Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks on laundry equipment and reporting any faults or problems to management.

· Replenishing Supplies: Replenishing laundry supplies as required, such as detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.

· Customer Service: Offering advice and recommendations to customers on laundry care and stain removal.

· Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards within the facility.

· Perform additional duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a laundromat setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry laundry bags and supplies as needed.

Shifts:

Weekdays and Saturday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (subject to change)

Sunday - 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm (subject to change)
