Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in our growth strategy, focusing on heavy outbound phone calls during specific seasons.
Remote Work with Occasional Meetings in West Chester, PA: This is primarily a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, with equipment provided. However, there may be occasional in-person meetings and training sessions required at our West Chester, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your inside sales experience to drive results.
- Engage in outbound upsell calls to our current customer base during the peak months of March to June.
- Handle inbound leads from July to September.
- Continue outbound calls and upsells in October.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and achieve desired business metrics.
- Cross-sell Lawn and Mosquito services to Pest and Termite customers.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills in your daily activities.
- Consistently provide customer service that exceeds expectations.
Requirements
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following requirements: Skills and Abilities:
- Willingness to work nights and Saturdays during peak times of the year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle heavy inbound sales calls and make heavy outbound calls.
- Fearless when it comes to overcoming sales objections and closing deals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Prior experience in employee relations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Furlough Period, please note that this position includes a furlough period from November through February. During this time, you will have the opportunity to recharge and prepare for the upcoming busy season.
