How you will make an impact: 

As a Director of Nursing, you will significantly impact resident care by implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence amongst our nursing staff. By providing strong leadership and ongoing education, you will ensure that the team is well-equipped to address the unique health needs of residents. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing communication between staff, residents, and families, promoting a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of all.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• on-call rotation

What you will need: 

• An active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• At least 3 years of management, geriatric and rehabilitation nursing experience is preferred 
• Must possess strong management, organizational, communication and analytical skills  
• Have a strong understanding of federal and state regulations and guidelines affecting nursing home care
