Wage Range: $37.00-$42.50/hour | Credit for experience will be given
How you will make an impact:
As an Infection Prevention Nurse Manager, you will significantly impact our community by ensuring high-quality patient care, promoting a safe and healthy environment, and fostering a culture of compliance with regulations. You will oversee daily nursing operations, manage staff, and implement best practices to prevent infections, reducing the risk of outbreaks. Your leadership will ensure that healthcare standards are met, which improves patient outcomes, enhances staff performance, and ensures the community operates efficiently.
Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday and requires some on call rotation with the Director of Nursing.
What you will need:
- Active RN License in the State of Minnesota
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required
