How you will make an impact :
As a Resident Care Director, you will significantly impact resident care by implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence amongst our nursing staff. By providing strong leadership and ongoing education, you will ensure that the team is well-equipped to address the unique health needs of residents. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing communication between staff, residents, and families, promoting a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of all.
Schedule :
- Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
- on-call rotation
