Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, food preparation, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling practices.
- Supervise and train staff in hospitality management best practices to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
