Green Leaf Construction of Leominster, Mass. is seeking a licensed and experienced Construction Superintendent for upcoming projects throughout the New England area. Candidates must have experience with managing commercial and/or industrial construction, including warehousing and distribution facilities, manufacturing facilities and multi-family projects.
The Superintendent is the key contact on site, responsible for the supervision and management of subcontractors and daily site operations. The Superintendent must ensure site safety and quality control standards are met, while managing numerous trades, project schedule, risk management and closeout items.
In order to deliver on these responsibilities, the Superintendent must be able to manage all aspects of a busy construction site from earthwork through construction and project closeout including punchlist.
The qualified candidate must have the following:
- Strong references
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction project supervision
- OSHA 10 / 30 Hour Certificate
- A thorough understanding of building systems and trades
- Demonstrated ability to encourage a sense of urgency in project schedule and milestones
- Working knowledge and experience in ground-up construction as well as renovations, retrofits and working within occupied facilities
- Strong communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, design team members and customers
- Leadership ability
- Strong scheduling skills
- Working knowledge of Procore & MS Office

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
