A growing, nationwide Property Management company is seeking a dynamic, energetic, experienced Property Manager for a Small One Person Office, in a Luxury apartment community in the Seattle, WA 98108 area. This is a luxury midrise apartment community.
As the Property Manager your role will be key in the success of the property by professionally representing the apartment community. Our leaders have drive, determination and vision to ensure the property performs at maximum potential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Mentoring, training, and motivating associates to meet and exceed the goals
- (There is one Maintenance Supervisor)
- Leasing and Customer Service
- Developing and implementing an innovative, comprehensive marketing campaign to attract residents including direct business to business marketing, on-site events, and community outreach
- Achieving maximum occupancy and revenue growth
- Creating and executing successful resident retention strategies
- Performing administrative tasks as necessary to manage all aspects of the office
- Implementing practices to minimize delinquency and vacancy loss
- Providing an exceptional living experience and developing a sense of community
- Addressing resident concerns and resolving with a sense of urgency
- Maintaining an active waiting list of potential applicants for residency
Requirements:
- Articulate and persuasive communication skills
- A proven track record in analyzing market conditions and implementing procedures to ensure an edge above the competition
- Top notch organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Outstanding commitment to excellence
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Computer experience in a windows environment
Entrata Experience would be helpful, but not required.
