Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team during busy periods.
• Help keep the kitchen organized by disposing of waste properly and recycling materials when possible.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service times.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
