We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
- Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash register operations.
- Assist with food preparation and bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Build rapport with guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold health and safety standards in food service operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food service practices, including food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers.
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.

Pay: $2.25 - $2.50 per hour
