We are seeking a dedicated Closing and Weekend Manager to join our team. As the Closing/Weekend Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations during weekend and closing hours. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing cash handling, ensuring efficient inventory management, overseeing food preparation, and maintaining shift management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the closing operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate food preparation activities to meet quality standards and customer demands.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during closing hours.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Utilize bartending skills as needed to prepare beverages for customers.
- Implement inventory control measures to track stock levels accurately.

Experience:
- Proven experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in cash handling and financial reconciliation.
- Prior experience in inventory management within the food industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability in shift management and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus.
- Experience in implementing inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels.
