You will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process and helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and assist in managing stock levels.
• Utilize retail math skills to calculate payments, trade-in values, and financing options.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems and cash registers efficiently.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process to foster repeat business.
• Supervise junior sales staff as needed, providing guidance and support in achieving sales goals.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in retail or automotive sales.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in retail math for accurate calculations related to sales transactions.
• Experience using POS systems and cash registers effectively.
