What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer position at Green Light Lawn Care Inc.?
Green Light Lawn Care is seeking an equipment operator to join our team. Someone with experience in operating and maintaining of skid loaders, small and large wheel loaders, mini excavators, truck with trailers, and snowplows. We offer year-round steady work. This job includes grading and seeding, turf applications, large scale mowing, snow removal and salt applications, and equipment maintenance (in and out of season, in shop and in the field).
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, positive attitude, good work ethic, work well with others, good communication skills, time management skills, attention to details. We are looking for someone with experience in operating the above-mentioned machines, has mechanical safety skills and awareness, and snow removal experience. If you have an RT Pesticide License that is a plus or are willing to obtain this license. Wages for this position depends on the individual’s experience and work output.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
