What We’re Looking For :
- Proven Experience : At least 2 years in the solar industry, with verified production results.
- Leadership Skills : We prefer candidates with established teams. If you’ve built a crew that knows how to win, bring them along!
- Hands-On Leadership : We expect our Territory Managers to lead from the front—knocking doors, closing deals, and inspiring their teams by example.
