Assembler

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Operations: Operate assembly line equipment and tools to assemble parts and components accurately and efficiently.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with the assembly line or equipment to minimize downtime.
• Process Flexibility: Rotate through different jobs on the assembly line and learn various parts of the assembly process.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced assembly line environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and assembly guidelines.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in assembly and quality control.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and the ability to operate them safely.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Working Conditions:

• Physical work environment with frequent standing, walking, and use of hands.
• May require occasional lifting of materials or equipment.
• Rotating responsibilities to support various aspects of the assembly process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.76 - $25.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
