Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering and Purchasing: Place orders for inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team to ensure inventory compliance, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update inventory records, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Inventory Auditing: Perform regular counts of materials, equipment, and merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and improve inventory management policies and procedures for efficiency.
- Stocking and Distribution: Oversee the stocking and distribution of supplies, equipment, or merchandise to appropriate departments or locations.
- Reporting: Compile and analyze balance, price, and cost reports to support decision-making and maintain budget compliance.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, stock levels, or distribution processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software like Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse based
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- May require occasional lifting of materials or merchandise.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $19.36 - $25.59 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
