●Implement a Multi-Tiered System of Support using data to identify student needs and provide targeted reading and math interventions.
●Deliver evidence-based instructional strategies in small groups to support student growth.
●Analyze assessment data to monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and collaborate with staff to improve student outcomes.
●Partner with staff and families to support student learning through MTSS-aligned interventions and best instructional practices.
