- Assist customers at the rental counter, providing information on rental rates, terms, and conditions.
- Process reservations, rentals, and vehicle returns efficiently.
- Verify customer documents and ensure all rental requirements are met.
- Explain insurance options and additional coverage.
- Handle payments, deposits, and additional charges accurately.
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for damages or discrepancies.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain a clean and organized rental office.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Customer service experience, preferably in car rental, hospitality, or sales.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
