Job Description:
We are looking for a Van Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers between our rental location and designated pick-up/drop-off points. The ideal candidate is a professional, customer-friendly driver with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport customers to and from the rental location in a timely manner.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about rental procedures.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept shuttle van.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Assist with vehicle organization and logistics as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and basic Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver, chauffeur, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift luggage and assist passengers as needed.
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
