Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Market research and analysis to identify trends in the industry and ensure
ingredients are safe for use or consumption.
Creation and review of both formulas and costings.
Collaboration and communication with Account Managers and customers
to ensure development of products that reach their target, including
appropriate packaging type and fill for efficient production.
Sourcing of new raw materials, gathering necessary documentation and
coordinating associated paperwork.
Issuance of sample build assemblies.
Reviewing label graphics for formulation accuracy and compliance with
standards in the marketplace.
This role reports to the Senior Product Developer and Formulator.
