Do you have the skills and experience to build 1-2 homes per year and want to share those skills with volunteers? We are growing and building more homes, and we need a Project supervisor for Franklin County! You will be responsible for the mentoring / direct supervision of volunteers and future Habitat homeowners. You will be leading crews of various ages and skill sets, while overseeing the details of your construction project : deciphering blueprints, meeting local building codes and passing inspections, coordinating material deliveries and subcontractors, managing a build schedule, etc.

Primary Responsibilities :
Leadership
- Act as an on-site ambassador for Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity and demonstrate energy and passion for Habitat’s mission.
- Supervise and trains volunteers and homeowners in construction skills on the worksite to ensure that they have a consistently positive experience.
- Take charge of a construction project and oversee all activities on site from framing the subfloor system through acquiring a Certificate of Occupancy.

Compensation & Benefits :
Starting salary range : $65,400 - $75,400. Initial compensation is determined based on the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience. Benefits include a health reimbursement plan (up to $6,150.00 annually), combined 200 hours of vacation and sick time, ten paid holidays, a 5% retirement match beginning after one year of successful employment, and a 20% staff discount at the Habitat Restore.
